Quite a serious and professional man. He has established (besides his trafficking investigations) very concerning framework issues with how the government is set up... From companies house. All across government. He is not getting responses from MPs.

I see this general pattern perfectly fits my own investigations and evidence and there is a framework that spans across many underlying problems in Government. But still nothing being done about it

I see the turnout for elections has fallen dramatically the last number of years to well under 50% most areas to as low as 20% which cannot demonstrate much "Confidence" in this government. Or Political Parties.

People dont agree with what this government is doing, or how it is being run.

The legislation is being flaunted on a massive scale. And much of the legislation is contradictory or incompatible with statute and great charters.

I want to explain a little bit of history study. The Mayors sat on courts both Civil and Criminal cases for the Hundreds, local courts and also in London. The Jurats, (Jurors) were a longer term position. Not randomly selected from the electoral register, and they were in the hundreds as well as Assizes 2 times a year and Quarter sessions 4 times a year when the Royal Judges came around.
They still have Jurats in the isle of Jersey. (Maybe you still deal with their elections?)

The local courts dealt with criminal, civil disputes and Civil requests.

The civil requests, like petitions and building applications, have ended up being separated from county courts and criminal, into what we now have as "The Local Authority" the Mayor has become mostly ceremonial only. While 1 Jurat is elected as "Chair" of the Local authority (Council) commission.
The Jurats voting on Civil Requests are now called "Councillors" and are much more engaged in casework and taking a "view" on casework and active for an elected term.

So......

When we have council sessions and the Cllrs vote on matters of "Civil Requests" before the council (planning applications, repairs, maintenance) they are in fact the elected Jurats.

I have all the oaths in my research. Only as far back as 1800 the Jurat Oath was to maintain and uphold the franchise, privileges and liberties ot the town and citizens and to obey the Mayor and deputy mayor. The Franchise of the commission of the local authority.

You should be really interested in this.

When an applicant brings a CASE before the council of civil requests.. and submits a "case"

Can you be confident that, the Jurats (Cllrs) cannot have a pre determined opinion or position on the case???
No bias?? Only impartiality? In the court of the Council chamber??

And..... Can you please seriously contemplate the legal dynamics that are going on here ....

If this is a session of justice in civil requests...

Taking into account, the Council itself and Mayor..

Acting in connection with

1. A "Strategic planning department" with preconceived ideas and opinions and even "plans" on civil requests.

2. Jurats, or "Cllrs" being members of a prejudiced group, political affiliation a "Party" that may be influencing their decisions on council. And with "pre determined policies" they are pre disposed to and even running election campaigns on....

Taking into account.. the strict legal process under Magna Carta and lawful due process. Of casework presented and Judged upon, on a case by case basis?

That is to be judged purely upon the "Evidence" presented. Each time. In a lawful due process. Also where Jurats are not supposed to know, be friends with or have personal investment or interest in the "civil requests" being presented???

Can you contemplate how this legal system might work, with tainted and even terminology of "Control of the council" ??

Can Jurors have "Control of a Court" ????

And can Jurors with biased, non impartial views or affiliations really sit in a court of civil requests? Given that, before unique cases and evidence are submitted and heard..... Before a council authority... The Jurors opinions may already be decided, or affiliated or directed from a group, body or "Political party" giving directions or orders to them, from a place beyond the commission of that council and area????
Such as "Political Party headquarters"

How can that possibly qualify as "Civil Justice" under Magna Carta 39?
Which is still the standard of Law in the United Kingdom?

Further to this, in the Elections of these Mayors and Jurats (Cllrs)
There are many new modern laws and regulations i have repeatedly sited to you from Local Government acts and Representation of the people acts.

And your interpretation and imposition of those laws has been exceptionally "Narrow" .

I would say narrow enough . That many of these laws now are being flaunted even at a modest interpretation of the rules. Let alone a strict interpretation.

Which Ofcom really have failed to apply in the case of Jacob Rees Mogg presenting on GB news. Which.. only a fool, or retarded person can not see or understand DOES and IS having on his "Electoral" prospects and favourability in his own electoral area. It IS having an effect on his elections. Regardless of there being an election currently. The wording in law is if it MIGHT or COULD have an effect. Also, YouTube has Servers situated in the United States and streams through equipment in the United States. So Rees Mogg is totally illegal on TV and YouTube.

Esther McVey as well. And George Galloway is now, after being Elected in Rochdale (Largely due to his popular YouTube programme) now appearing as a non candidate, and as a Member serving in UK Parliament, aiding in broadcasts... The Election and promotion of more Councillors (Jurats) into Government positions

Political Party Leaders dont have to be MPs or Cllrs. Or Mayors.
They dont have to give promotion or appear in promotions or deliver flyers.
They can direct and lead from a Headquarters without "aiding" as a serving government official....

And now with the London Assembly members.......
All candidates already in government, many of them..

Its like some unruly scaffolding pole Framework of "Pull me up" higher on the platform.. while half if them are already on the framework.....

And kicking off people not already on there .. independents.

They are getting kicked off YouTube, Facebook, and no support from Government or petition committee .. when we have political channels and campaigns. We are getting no support or assistance. From these "Team players" dominating the scaffolding.... Which has been building nothing but crooked government.

The fact is that SERVING MEMBERS OF GOVERNMENT CANNOT HELP OR AID IN ELECTIONS. IT IS UNFAIR AND ILLEGAL. THEY MUST STAND ASIDE. unless they ARE a CANDIDATE. otherwise they should NOT get involved.
IF they are ALREADY WORKING ON COUNCILS OR IN GOVERNMENT. Because they are full time service. Which is why i have been complaining about Simon Fawthrop so much of Bromley Council, using his time to assist and aid in the election of Susan Hall to London Mayor.

They are all now starting to break the rules. And you are using the narrowest intellect and thinking capacity to understand the effects. Dynamics, relationships and activities that, make this illegal when the legislation is broadly applied and understood.

It literally is now "Government helping candidates" into government. And this is extremely un democratic.

Given that, the way it is worked out correctly.... From the Magna Carta and justice system....

You cannot actually have political parties. Because it actually is illegal. In council chamber, civil requests law of proceedings.. it is..

"Impossible" for councillors to lawfully act on behalf of or represent a political party. In council.

And the term "Control of the council" is in fact totally illegal in law and principle if Magna Carta.

Because it would be like having a Labour Jury or Conservative Jury. And even the Jury arent elected now.
They have gone the other way.
They have made a criminal Jury "Random" and non permanent.

So we actually get "Dice throw justice" and they have gone the opposite direction with court of Civil Requests. They have nurtured an elected Jury of peers, totally pledged and dedicated to certain prejudiced and pre disposed opinions and "Taken control of the council" even coined that term. Which cannot be just in the planning and development of the towns. Some Councillors (Jurats) even have buisness shares and personal interests. Friends in development.

Would you think an elected Jury of Labour party workers, 12/12 in a criminal case would fair a Tory? Or Civil Jury of Jurats all Labour workers.. hearing a civil dispute between the Fox's Biscuits factory owner who split up with his wife and they had to determine the fortune??

No... They dont consider them their own "peers" they are poor persons. Or workers..

The political party franchise is illegal. And it has been getting worse.

There is also no fair judgment of peers in magistrates courts as the Juries were removed in the1850s.

What we need is a council that operates like a Modern Criminal Jury does now. If you want Fairness in Government and on the Council.

Because they have taken the model in totally opposite directions.

One has become more random and shuffled regular.. the other has become more biased and in fact illegal. Because cases heard before a council for civil requests are now under totally corrupt control of external forces. Which breaks the rules of Justice.

I dont think you will be making any recommendations to Government in this. As your duty is merely to run and manage elections as you are told. BUT....

As i noted.. your turnout figures now are dropping to record lows... So soon you will be running elections where nobody is turning up at all.

Shurely you must be there twiddling your thumbs these days with nothing much to do, compared to the 1980s??

The politicians now are fighting it out on TV and YouTube and Facebook. Not the Ballot box.
Which is why they now desperately need a canon. And need to talk about politics and elections. They are covered in it.

This is not government invited on TV to answer questions in what they did.

This is Online warfare. Political head to head and it is ALL about getting into power, now desperately as nobody is turning up. People are dropping out as they can see now that it is falling apart. They are cheaters and criminals!

So... This is my complaint.
And i have a right tonas many complaints as i like. Seeing as clearly you have never been as quiet,.

New expenses for assembly members more money wasted and nobody turning up to vote.
